The Brazilian Senior Golf Association, Dumonde Travel and Golf Travel are pleased to invite all senior and presenior golfers around the world to join us in the paradisiacal Comandatuba Island where will take place the II Brazil Senior Golf Challenge, from May 20th to 27th.

Golf and great pleasures will be combined into an unforgettable experience at Comandatuba Ocean Course, rated several times as the best course in Brazil, and Transamerica Comandatuba Island Hotel, one of the best resorts in South America.

Tournament format:

Ilhéus City Trophy - May 22nd

Golfers will participate in an 18 hole stableford tournament with full handicap. Prizes
will be awarded to:

• Participants: Pre-Seniors (from 40 to 54 years) and Seniors (55 and older)
• Doubles Tournament – One category – 1st, 2nd and 3rd places
• Individual Tournament:
  - Seniors – Scratch / 0 – 20 / 21 – 32: 1st, 2nd and 3rd places
  - Pre-senior: 1st, 2nd and 3rd places
  - Ladies: 1st, 2nd and 3rd places

Bahia State Trophy - May 25th and 26th

Golfers will participate in a 36 hole medal play tournament with full handicap. Prizes
will be awarded to:

• Participants: Pre-Seniors (from 40 to 54 years) and Seniors (55 and older)
• Teams Tournament (foursomes) – One category – 1st, 2nd and 3rd places
• Individual Tournament:
  - Seniors – Scratch / 0 – 20 / 21 – 32: 1st, 2nd and 3rd places
  - Pre-senior: 1st, 2nd and 3rd places
  - Ladies: 1st, 2nd and 3rd places
  

Cocoa Coast Trophy - May 25th and 26th

Golfers that are not pre-seniors (40-54) or seniors (55+) are also invited to participate
in this 36 hole medal play tournament with full handicap. Prizes will be awarded to:

• Individual Tournament – One category: 1st, 2nd and 3rd places
  

Comandatuba Island Trophy - May 22nd and 25th

Golfers and beginners alike are invited to participate in a thrilling pitching and putting
competition. Prizes will be awarded to:

• Golfers – Gentlemen and Ladies: 1st, 2nd and 3rd places
• Beginners – Gentlemen and Ladies: 1st, 2nd and 3rd places

o Free Day at the Resort
o 13:00 Tournament Luncheon with a delicious “Brazilian style” barbecue served
beside the beach.

Thursday - May 24th
o Optional leisure and golf activities available at the Resort

Friday - May 25th
o 08:00 2nd round of the competition - Bahia State and Cocoa Coast Trophy
o 13:00 Putting Contest for golfers and beginners – Comandatuba Island Trophy

Saturday - May 26th
o 08:00 3rd round of the competition - Bahia State and Cocoa Coast Trophy
o 20:00 Closing dinner and awards ceremony

Sunday - May 27th
