The Transamérica Flat Barra is the greatest newness in Rio de Janeiro, with a privileged location on Barra da Tijuca with a panoramic view of the sea and Pedra da Gávea.
Its architecture joins aesthetic and functionality. The project is signed by the architect Roberto Victor, and constructed by João Forte Engineering. Landscaping is by Benedito Abud and illumination by Peter Gasper.
With 297 apartments equipped with work station, the flat also counts on a business center, a lobby bar, a restaurant, a tennis court, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a conventions center totally equipped for up to 500 people.

Both house's central pilaster and the sculpture that dominates one of the walls are signed by the pair Gisela Bochner and Guillermo Arpon.
